Michael Jackson’s autopsy results came back with the findings that lethal doses of Propofol were found in his body. Jackson’s personal physician had been treating the king of pop for insomnia giving Jackson 50 milligrams of propofol every night using an intravenous drip. More details of the Michael Jackson autopsy results were leaked during the weekend. Jakson had arthritis as well as a reduced lung capacity due to chronic inflammationm. He had a healthy weight for a man of his height and also had a strong heart and his major organs were normal. Although the coroner’s office ruled Jackson’ death a homicide, the full autopsy report has yet to be officially. No criminal charges have been filed.

Are there any known longterm effects on the CNS with chronic use of propofol?I am asking this as the propofol-infusion-syndrome causes a massive release of catecholamines.Any neuro-biologist-chemist out there who can answer?
